Typical "Estado Novo" sculpture in the gardens surrounding the Estufa Fria (Parque Eduardo VII) Lisboa.
The vento garroa is the name given by fisherman from Setubal to a cold south-west wind. The figure is securing the prow of a fishing boat in her left hand.
