Antonio Passaporte Nº 139
View of entrance to house, Triton Fountain, with monumental urn and accompanying lantern. There is a large clump of Ailanthus altissima to the left. Lone gone but still with us. The persistant suckers are a perennial menace. You can see one in this photograph just by the gate. One thing that I notice is that there is no Cherry tree to the right of gate. A large one died there in late 1980's. Clearly this had been added by the Forest Service some time in the 1960's. Twenty years is about right for life span. Definitely no need to replace that!
